How to reset my device?

Resetting your device can help fix connectivity issues or clear unwanted configurations, allowing you to start fresh with your Reef Factory system. Make sure to check the specific model instructions, as some devices might have variations in the reset process.



Power Switcher

If your device is not working properly, you want to reconfigure it or you cannot connect to it despite several attempts, you can restore it to factory settings by holding down the device's power button for about 15 seconds.

You can reset the device by applying a magnet (included in the kit) to the side of the device's display near the reset sticker.
